Troy Carter

Troy Carter, P.E. is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and operations. Currently serving as Project Executive at Thalle Construction Company, Inc. since April 2024, Troy has previously held the position of Vice President of Operations and Project Director at The Lane Construction Corporation from January 2019 to April 2024. Troy also contributed significantly as Project Director at Lane Construction from January 2005 to February 2023. Notably, Troy is leading an exciting project on the 440 corridor in Raleigh for NCDOT and Lane Construction. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned between 1992 and 1995.
