Andrew Cooke ACC is an accomplished executive coach with over 30 years of experience in international business development. Currently serving as a coach at Andrew Cooke Coaching and More Happi, Andrew focuses on supporting managers and leaders, particularly in start-ups and scale-ups. As a trustee of the Thames Festival Trust, Andrew fosters river-related art, education, and heritage projects. Previous roles include Managing Director of Operations and Governance at London & Partners and Chief Operating Officer at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where Andrew contributed to strategic initiatives and agency growth. Andrew's earlier career includes directorial positions at London First Centre and Think London, promoting London's business attractiveness, as well as roles within the British Consulate-General in Auckland and DTI. Andrew holds a BA in History from the University of Southampton and multiple coaching-related qualifications.
