Courtney (Neves) Cline has a diverse work experience. Courtney started their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at Lori’s Gifts, where they were responsible for inventory control, store maintenance, and customer service. Courtney was later promoted to Assistant Manager in 2009, where they handled daily communication with the corporate office and assisted with store audits. In 2013, they were promoted again to Manager and took on additional responsibilities such as creating schedules, training new employees, and overseeing multiple stores. In 2015, Courtney joined Thames & Kosmos as a Customer Service Coordinator, where they provided support to the wholesale customer service team. Courtney then transitioned to the role of Operations & Purchasing Coordinator, in which they managed order fulfillment, liaised with logistics providers, conducted inventory audits, and handled compliance chargeback resolution.
Courtney (Neves) Cline attended Rhode Island College from 2008 to 2013. Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Painting and Printmaking.
