Jon Bailey

Jon Bailey has an extensive background in emergency medicine, with experience in various roles such as Registrar in Emergency and Intensive Care Medicine at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and HEMS doctor at Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Jon has also served as Chair of Academy Trainee Doctors Group at Academy of Medical Royal Colleges and as President of the Emergency Medicine Trainees Association. Additionally, Jon holds multiple degrees including a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and various other medical and leadership qualifications.
