Terry L. Dunn

Terry L. Dunn, Jr., MPH has had a diverse work experience. Terry L. started in 2012 as an intern at NORWALK HEALTH DEPARTMENT, where they assisted in the application of the Fit Kids program and created various materials related to the program. In 2014, they worked as an Independent Consultant before joining Stamford Anesthesiology Services, P.C. as a Medical Billing Specialist from 2008 to 2014. Terry L. then worked at Natchaug Hospital as a Mental Health Professional/Transport Coordinator from 2016 to 2020, and before that, as a Mental Health Professional from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Outreach and Community Health Workers at TVCCA - Thames Valley Council for Community Action, Inc., since April 2023, and previously served as the Community Resource Coordinator from 2020 to May 2023.

Terry L. Dunn, Jr., MPH holds a Master's Degree in Public Health, which was obtained from Walden University between the years 2008 and 2013. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, with a Minor in Marketing, at Central Connecticut State University from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing, COVID-19 Training for Healthcare Workers, and Viral Marketing and How to Craft Contagious Content, all from Coursera Certified Courses in 2020.
