Lisa Gardner

Lisa Gardner has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) with the Thames Valley District School Board since November 2017. Previous roles include Developmental Education Teacher, Special Education Department Head, and Secondary Science Teacher specializing in Biology, Chemistry, and Environmental Science. Lisa has also held leadership positions such as President of the London Chapter of Autism Ontario and has worked in various educational settings, including as a Learning Facilitator at Fanshawe College and Head of Learning Support at Kilgraston School. With a strong focus on supporting students with special needs, Lisa has pursued multiple certifications in special education from Queen's University and has a background in teaching, curriculum development, and pastoral care.
