Lead Project Coordinator - Capital Projects at Thames Valley District School Board

Paul Schepens has a diverse work experience. Paul started their career in 1989 as an Architectural Technologist at architects Tillmann Ruth Robinson. Later in 1991, they joined the Thames Valley District School Board as a Lead Project Coordinator, specializing in Capital Projects. Currently, they hold the position of President at Thru-Wall Solutions Inc., where they are responsible for sales and distribution of Thru-Wall Flashing Support System (TWFSS) parts used in cavity wall construction.

Paul Schepens has a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Wallaceburg District Secondary School from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Paul has also obtained several certifications from Hockey Canada, including the National Coach Mentorship Program (NCMP) Instructional Stream in 2013, the High Performance 1 Coach Program in 2011, the Development Stream 2 Coach Program in 2006, the Speak Out Program in 2003, the Development Stream 1 Coach Program in 2002, and the Canadian Hockey Coach Initiation Program in 2000.
