Siobhan Delaney

Siobhan Delaney currently serves as Application Lead at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, a position held since December 2015, where responsibilities include establishing a new team, embedding processes within the ITIL framework, and monitoring system efficiency against service level agreements. Prior to this role, Siobhan Delaney worked at Thames Valley Housing Association from September 2005, starting as Revenues Manager and progressing to Project Manager and Project Module Leader, providing leadership on significant IT projects including the implementation of Universal Housing and Contact Manager, as well as overseeing a team to ensure efficient service delivery and KPI achievement. Siobhan Delaney holds a 2:1 degree in History and English from Nottingham Trent University.
