Andy Cairns

Andy Cairns, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced Employment Relations Specialist with a career spanning over three decades in human resources. Currently employed by Thames Valley Police since January 2007, Andy has developed expertise in employment relations. Prior to this role, Andy served as an HR Officer at Buckinghamshire County Council from September 1993 to January 2007. Andy's educational background includes completing studies at Chesham High School between 1987 and 1993.
