Debbie Ashford

Debbie Ashford is an experienced professional in law enforcement and education, currently serving as an Accreditation and Quality Specialist and Development Assessment Officer at Thames Valley Police since November 2018, where responsibilities include assessing student police officers through their Policing Diploma. Prior roles at Thames Valley Police span nearly three decades, including positions such as Detective Sergeant, Foundation Degree Support Sergeant, and various specialized roles in policing with notable achievements in safeguarding and investigations. Debbie has also worked as an Exams Invigilator at Reading Blue Coat School and as a Specialist Tutor, Trainer, and Assessor while being self-employed.
