Nita Pankhania is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion within law enforcement. Currently serving as a Business Partner for Diversity & Inclusion in the People Directorate at Thames Valley Police since September 2010, Nita has also taken on the role of Lead Advisor in the Innovation and Change Team. Additionally, Nita serves as the CPD Pillar Lead for the National Women of Colour in Policing with the National Police Chiefs' Council since 2023. Past roles include HR Resourcing Manager and HR Business Partner at the National Policing Improvement Agency from 2004 to 2010. Nita's educational credentials include ongoing studies with the Chartered Management Institute, a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University, and MCIPD qualifications, alongside OPP MBTI Level A and B certifications.
