Owen Miller

Owen Miller has extensive experience in data delivery and public health, currently serving as Head of Data Delivery at Thames Valley Police since March 2018, where previous roles included Data and Targeting Lead and Principal Data Engineer. Prior to this, Owen held the position of Business Development Lead at MutualGain from June 2016 to March 2018, contributing to various projects across the UK and recently becoming a Level 3 Qualified trainer. Owen's background in healthcare includes roles as a Healthcare Assistant at both Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, where services were provided in urgent care settings. Owen also gained experience as an Associate at MutualGain and interned at NHS England. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology from the University of Leicester, an MSc in Crime Science from UCL, and a BA in Human Geography focused on Health Inequalities from The University of Sheffield.
