Penny Mayhew

Penny Mayhew is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in training services and consultancy within both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Corporate Governance Officer at Thames Valley Police since April 2024, Penny's previous roles include Compliance Training & Communications Manager and Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Bourne Leisure Ltd, as well as being the Owner/Director of Training MK Ltd, where training consultancy services were delivered across the UK. With a strong background in GDPR compliance, e-learning design, and organizational training, Penny has also contributed as a Training Designer for the EQUIP project at Thames Valley Police and has held various training and consultancy positions with organizations such as Milton Keynes College and Kedilar Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University and various certifications related to training, assessment, and safety management.
