Richard Berry

Richard Berry has extensive experience in management and supervisory roles across various sectors, including policing and retail. Currently serving as a Police Staff Supervisor at Thames Valley Police since December 2019, Richard has also held the position of Acting Police Staff Supervisor. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Temporary Associate at Quest while preparing for a new role, and held managerial positions at Acuitis Optical & Hearing, Specsavers, Boots Opticians, and Vision Express, demonstrating a strong background in retail management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Negotiator at Connells and a Senior Retail Associate and Kitchen Manager, showcasing versatility in team management and customer service. Richard holds an EMCH Apprenticeship Btec level 3 and has foundational education from Royal Belfast Academical Institution and Knockbreda High School.
