Troy Daniels

Troy Daniels currently serves as the Business Change Programme Manager at Thames Valley Police, focusing on programme management, business change, and operational improvement to enhance policing outcomes. With a robust background, Troy has held significant roles including Head of Service Delivery at Dogs for Good and Director of Service Delivery for the Department of Local Government and Communities in Western Australia, where Troy spearheaded various projects supporting parenting and Aboriginal early years programs. Earlier experience includes project management for the Government of Western Australia and Western Australia Police, where Troy implemented strategic initiatives for local government reform and the State's CCTV strategy. Troy holds multiple degrees including an MPsych in Forensic Psychology and has earned several certifications in programme management.
