Rob Needham has a diverse background in engineering and technical roles spanning multiple industries. They began their career as an Apprentice Toolmaker and progressed through various positions at Dyson, where they served as a Senior Build and Test Supervisor and led a team of mechanical technicians. Following their tenure at Dyson, they worked as a Service Engineer at Photon Imaging Systems Limited, specializing in veterinary X-ray equipment. Currently, Rob is an Asset Integration Engineer at Thames Water, contributing to capital delivery projects for sewage treatment works.
