Robert Freeman is an experienced project and delivery manager with a strong background in smart metering and location analytics. Currently serving as Project Manager for Smart Meter Installs at Thames Water since April 2017, Robert has held multiple roles including Customer Experience and Change Manager and Implementation Lead. Prior to joining Thames Water, Robert worked at Ordnance Survey from September 2013 to April 2017 as a Delivery Manager and Technical Consultant, focusing on operations programme management and business reporting. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Lancaster University and has also studied at Oregon State University.
