Shane Clancy is an experienced HV Senior Authorised Person at Thames Water since September 2015, overseeing safety documentation, switching, isolation, and earthing duties, while managing power system faults and inspections of HV substations. Prior to this role, Shane served as an HV Technician and Installation Electrician at Thames Water Utilities, and an Apprentice Installation Electrician at Etech Group. Education includes a Higher National Certificate in Electrical Engineering from MidKent College and various City & Guilds qualifications in high voltage systems and electrical installation.
