Steve Howells

Steve Howells is a values-driven Director of Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) and Risk currently at Thames Water, focusing on integrating safety and wellbeing into the organizational culture. With over 25 years of experience, they have held significant positions at major organizations, including Chief Risk and HSE Director at Entain and Director of HSE at Heathrow Airports Ltd. Steve previously led global HSW teams at Caterpillar Inc. and has been actively involved in supporting children and families as a Board Trustee at Embrace Child Victims of Crime. They hold an MSc in Environmental Health and Safety Management from the University of Greenwich and continue to enhance their expertise through ongoing education.
