Tom O'Leary has been working in the income management field for several years, starting as an Income Officer at AmicusHorizon Ltd from September 2012 to August 2016. Tom then moved on to become an Income Team Leader at Optivo from September 2016 to August 2019 before taking on their current role as Income Manager at Thanet District Council starting in September 2019. In their previous role at Optivo, Tom managed a team of 8 Income Officers during a merger process.
