Jonjo Swann

Jonjo Swann is currently a Talent Partner at Ben. Prior to this, they worked as a People Operations Specialist at Scede from June 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they were with Coople UK as a People and Culture Specialist from March 2018 to September 2020.

Swann has always had a passion for people and culture. They enjoy helping build employer branding, designing on-boarding plans, leading retention incentives and managing social activities. They also love overseeing onboarding processes and training new employees.
