Tavia Dalton has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Tavia began their career in 2013 at The Inn at Entrada as a Guest Service Representative, where they provided exemplary customer service and trained new employees.

In 2016, Tavia joined Crestline Hotels & Resorts as a Gallery Host Supervisor at Hyatt Place. Tavia oversaw the front desk staff, created an efficient schedule, and ensured a smooth front desk operation. Tavia later became the Front Office Manager, responsible for balancing department operations and providing exceptional guest experiences. Finally, they served as the Assistant General Manager, overseeing the successful administration of the front office departments.

In 2019, Tavia moved to Tharaldson Hospitality Management and took on the role of Assistant General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center.
