Andy Stanley

Andy Stanley possesses extensive experience in the automotive body repair industry, currently serving as a Panel Engineer at Thatcham Research since March 2002. In this role, Andy specializes in developing body panel repair methods and times by conducting hands-on removal, preparation, and replacement of panels to gather data on various repair techniques. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Panel Beater at Markhams Car Body Repairs from March 1999 to March 2002, handling repairs across all makes and models, including light commercial vehicles. Andy's career began at Horncastle Ford in July 1988 as a YTS apprentice panel beater, where skills were developed in a variety of repair tasks, progressing to managing personal projects involving extensive vehicle modifications and heavy jig work.
