Santiago Fernandez-Moreno has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to present, they have been a Yield Engineer at THAT Corporation. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Manager at Boston Ballroom Corp d/b/a Royale Nightclub, where they were responsible for solving customer queries and problems, managing the floor during nightly operations, and coordinating and overseeing different departments. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Manager at Underbar/Caprice Nightclub, where they developed policies and procedures to ensure budget goals, revenue growth, and operating expenses. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Assistant Manager at Wonderland Entertainment, where they maintained and scheduled a fully trained security staff, was a floor manager/security manager, and provided essential staff monitoring to assure appropriate sales/revenue. From 2001 to present, they have been the Business Owner of JM Recording Studios, where they produce, composes, and engineers projects for clients in a wide variety of music genres.

Santiago Fernandez-Moreno attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Berklee College of Music from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Electronic Production & Design in Music.
