Irene Weng is a Cinematic Pipeline TD at That's No Moon since April 2024. Previously, Weng held the position of 3D Pipeline Engineer at Nike from October 2021 to May 2022. At Walt Disney Animation Studios, Weng worked as a Technical Director from January 2019 to September 2021, contributing to projects such as Encanto and Strange World, and served as an Assistant Technical Director on Frozen II and Raya and the Last Dragon. Early experience includes a role as a Technical Director Trainee at Cartoon Network and several internships in technical roles at Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science, CA Technologies, and Industrial Light & Magic. Weng earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Arts from Carnegie Mellon University.
