Maciej Stachura

Maciej Stachura has extensive experience in the software industry, working in various roles and positions over the years. Maciej is currently the Chief Executive Officer at THAUMATEC Sp. z o. o., where they encourage customers to embrace the Digitalization Era and provides design and engineering solutions for their products. Before this role, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to joining THAUMATEC, Maciej worked at GlobalLogic as the Associate VP Client Engagement, where they played a crucial role in client engagement and management.

Before their tenure at GlobalLogic, Maciej worked at REC Global, where they held multiple positions including Business Development Manager, Head of Solutions Management, Technical Sales, and Department Leader. These roles allowed him to gain comprehensive experience in business development, solutions management, and sales.

Maciej also worked at Research and Engineering Center Embedded Systems Sp. z o. o. as a Director for a brief period in 2009 and at Cinterion Wireless Modules Poland Sp. z o. o. as a Director from 2008 to 2009.

Their early career involved working at Siemens in various leadership and software development roles. Maciej served as the Department Leader for Development of Protocol Stack for GSM devices and the Department Leader for Development of IN services. Maciej also worked as a Section Leader, Software Development Specialist, and Junior Software Development Specialist. Maciej demonstrated their expertise in software development and project management during their time at Siemens.

Maciej Stachura completed their education from 1998-2003 at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. During this time, they earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
