Eric Parham

Eric Parham is the Shop Manager at Thayer Street Associates. Eric has been with the company since July 2019 and has been in their current position since December 2020.

Previously, Eric worked as a student at GCC from September 2013 to June 2014. Eric then worked as a designer at Thayer Street Associates Inc. from July 2019 to December 2020, where they monitored and evaluated workflow and assembly methods and made recommendations for process improvements.

Eric is responsible for ensuring manufacturing performance and quality goals are met, hiring and training staff, and taking corrective action as necessary. Eric also ensures compliance with current federal, state and local regulations.

In their role as Shop Manager, Eric oversees the day-to-day operations of the shop and works to improve productivity and reduce costs. Eric also directs the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards.
