Anthony Fazzari

Anthony Fazzari has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Anthony started their career in the United States Navy in 1991 as a Technician/Operator, where they conducted maintenance and repairs on submarine sound, navigation, and ranging systems. Anthony also participated in multiple deployments supporting national security missions. In 1998, they transitioned to the role of Recruiter/Manager in the Navy Recruiting District Miami, where they were responsible for recruiting and training Navy applicants.

In 2002, Fazzari joined the USS AUGUSTA (SSN 710) as a Manager/Technician, managing a division for the maintenance and safe operation of the submarine's systems. Anthony conducted nine deployments during this time. Moving up in responsibility, Fazzari then became a Senior Manager/Lead Instructor at the Naval Submarine School in 2008, managing the largest school in the Navy with over 4,000 students annually.

Continuing their career progression, Fazzari became a Senior Manager at SUBDEVRON 5-Detachment Triton in 2011. In this role, they managed a special projects detachment and developed equipment and procedures for Chief of Naval Operations missions, directly impacting national security. Anthony then transitioned to COMOPTEVFOR-U.S. Navy in 2014 as an Operational Test Director/Program Manager, overseeing the development and execution of operational tests for submarine SONAR and targeting systems.

In 2017, Fazzari became a Transitioning Senior Chief Petty Officer in a role for which no company is specified. Anthony then joined GP Strategies Corporation in 2018 as a Training Analyst and later took on the role of Learning Analyst. In these positions, Fazzari contributed to training and learning initiatives within the company.

Most recently, Fazzari joined ThayerMahan Inc. in 2020 as an Acoustic Analyst, where they likely utilizes their expertise in analyzing acoustic data.
