Joe Carroll

Joe Carroll is the President of THC, Inc. since January 1994. Prior to that, at Moreland Altobelli Associates, LLC, Joe served as the Airports Division Director from October 1990 to December 1993. Before that, Joe was the Airport Noise Mitigation Program Manager at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport from August 1984 to September 1990. Joe Carroll holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgia State University, earned between 1979 and 1984.
