Alex Al-Sabah

Alex Al-Sabah has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. In 2006, they co-founded Epvreports.com, a real estate technology valuation company that served major financial institutions during the financial crisis period. In 2008, they co-founded ProfitFromRentals.com, a real estate investment company that provided turn-key investment properties. Alex then established Elite Invest, LLC in 2014, a real estate development company with a focus on multifamily investment properties. Currently, they are the co-founder and CSO of The 1937 Group, a company founded in 2022.

Alex Al-Sabah attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Economics, with a focus on Accounting & Education.
