Crystal Conkle

Crystal Conkle serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at The 20 MSP since October 2018, overseeing a consortium dedicated to enhancing growth for Managed Service Providers through a proven sales model and standardized efficiency. Previously, Crystal held roles such as SVP Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at The 20 MSP, VP Marketing at Velo IT Group, and Partner/VP at Creative Strategy Partners, among others. Crystal co-founded cynergyMC, a boutique marketing consulting firm, and held leadership positions in marketing at various companies including Safety-Kleen and Kewl Innovations, leading initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth. Crystal's education includes an M.A. in International Management Studies and an MBA in Marketing Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, along with executive education from Harvard University.
