Dr. Jess Flynn

Dr. Jess Flynn is currently a contributor at The 33rd Team and an author at Boston Sports Journal. With a background in medicine, Dr. Flynn has been working as a medical doctor at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center since March 2008. Prior to this, Dr. Flynn completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital from July 2005 to February 2007. Dr. Flynn also served as a resident physician at Tufts University School of Medicine from July 2002 to July 2005. Dr. Flynn holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, obtained from July 1998 to July 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Pre-Med from Amherst College, completed from September 1994 to May 1998.
