Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions and infrastructure architecture. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at the 848 Group since October 2023, Paul previously held the role of UK Deputy Practice Lead (Endpoint) at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group from January 2021 to October 2023, where the focus was on advancing clients' cloud modernization journeys. Prior to that, Paul was the Modern Devices Senior Technical Architect at New Signature UK, contributing to the firm’s recognition as a leading Microsoft Cloud Partner. Additional roles include Cloud Infrastructure Consultant at risual Limited, Technical Architect and Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Mouchel plc., Systems Engineer at The Woodland Trust, and Helpdesk Technician at Dixons Stores Group. Paul holds a degree from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
