Avi Thakur

Avi Thakur is an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex IT and business change projects across various industries, including insurance, automotive, and technology. Currently serving at The AA since December 2022, Thakur previously held project management roles at Micheldever Group, where involvement was in project execution, and at The AA from 2017 to 2022, focusing on IT systems and processes. Prior to this, Thakur gained experience at AXA, McLaren Group, Arqiva, hibu, Yell Adworks, Eli Lilly and Company, and IBM, with expertise ranging from managing IT demand proposals to overseeing global infrastructure projects. Thakur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics for Finance & Management from the University of Portsmouth.
