David Bartlett has extensive experience in the insurance and claims management sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Accident Management at The AA since July 2007, David has previously held key roles such as Co-Founder and Head of Sales at Co-op Legal Services and various leadership positions at RAC, including Head of Motor Claims and Business Development. David began the career as a Motor Claims Negotiator at NIG. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Wrexham University and has attained Fellow status from both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Chartered Management Institute.
