Donna Dew

Donna Dew is an accomplished people and communications leader with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the People Director for COO & Corporate Functions at The AA, Donna previously held the position of UK & Corporate Functions People Director at William Hill, where significant contributions included implementing a new Retail operating model and designing a revised Target Operating Model for the organization. Donna’s background includes key roles at Kingfisher plc, where responsibilities spanned internal communications and people strategy across international locations, as well as impactful positions at RSA and Lloyds Banking Group that focused on communication strategies and HR activities. Donna holds a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Bristol.
