Emma Tobin

Emma Tobin has extensive experience in internal communications, currently serving as the Director of Internal Communication & Engagement at The AA since October 2020. Prior to this role, Emma held positions as Head of Internal Communications and Engagement for Retail at William Hill and as Head of Internal Communications at Irwin Mitchell, where responsibilities included leading the design and implementation of internal communications strategies. Emma's background also includes serving as an Internal Communications Business Partner at Telefonica O2, Senior Internal Communications Business Partner at British Gas, and Internal Communications Business Partner at Norwich Union Life. Emma holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
