Gemma Cunningham

Gemma Cunningham is an experienced marketing and customer service professional currently serving as a Marketing and Digital Ambassador at The AA since November 2020, having previously held roles as a Customer Retentions Representative and FNOL Surge Claims Handler. Prior experience includes coordinating group bookings and hospitality services at Utilita Arena Newcastle from August 2008 to October 2020, where Gemma was responsible for client relationships and event bookings. Earlier roles at The Customs House included Bistro Assistant and Front of House Usher, focusing on high levels of customer service.
