Lucy Fish is an experienced digital product leader with a robust background in digital transformation and strategy across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Products at The AA since June 2023, Lucy leads the development of innovative omni-channel digital experiences. Previously, as Head of Digital & Ticketing at c2c, significant contributions were made to digital product and ticketing strategy. Lucy also played a vital role in enhancing the London Underground's customer experience as Head of Digital at Transport for London, where successful delivery of £13M worth of digital products was achieved. Prior roles include Senior Digital Product Manager at the Olympic Delivery Authority, where award-winning digital products were developed for the London 2012 Games, and various project management positions at Agency Republic and OgilvyOne Worldwide, handling projects for major brands. Lucy holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Interactive Media Production from Bournemouth University.
