Matthew Grayson has extensive experience in product management and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Product (Consumer Road) at The AA since February 2013, with a progressive career encompassing roles such as Senior Product Manager and Interim Head of Product Management. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Senior Special Investigations Executive, addressing escalated complaints and enhancing business processes. Previous experience includes managing high-level complaints as a Specialist Referrals Account Manager at British Gas and leading customer service for the European sales team at Golfbreaks.com. Matthew began a career in customer service and sales during an internship at Golfbreaks.com and further developed marketing skills as a Sports and Leisure Marketing Executive at Hart District Council. Matthew holds a degree in Sports Business and Marketing from Bournemouth University.
