Michael Wing serves as the Group Finance Director at The AA since March 2022, overseeing Group Financial Control, Reporting, Investor Relations, Tax, and the Finance Transformation Program. Prior to this role, Michael held various finance leadership positions at Direct Line Group from December 2013 to March 2022, including Finance Director for Group Performance and Finance Transformation Director, where Michael led initiatives that significantly enhanced financial performance and reporting systems. Michael's earlier experience includes key roles at Barclays as Head of Business Planning & Analysis and other finance positions at Lehman Brothers and NCR Corporation. Michael holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
