Prior to Aagard, Timothy held the position of Production Manager at Lind Rite, managing a 22,000 square foot facility, and served as Service Manager at Sun Source, focusing on hydraulic repairs to enhance machine uptime and company profitability. Timothy holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechatronics from Alexandria Technical and Community College, with a focus on hydraulics, automation, programming, and networking.
