Jackie Dennis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of strategic communications and marketing. Jackie currently serves as the Strategic Communications Director at HDR since November 2019. Prior to this, they held various positions at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) from 2015, including Director of Corporate Communications and Director of Brand Public Relations. Before joining LVCVA, Jackie worked as the Vice President of Marketing at The Abbi Agency in 2014. Jackie also served as the Director of Marketing & Public Relations at InsureMonkey.com from 2013 to 2014. From 2008 to 2013, they held the role of Director of Marketing & Communications at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada. Before that, they were President/Owner of Media Ink Plus from 2006 to 2008. Jackie began their career as a Public Relations & Special Events Manager at Lake Las Vegas Resort in 2001. Jackie then worked as a Public Relations Manager at the Venetian I The Palazzo, Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp. from May 2001 to August 2001. Jackie'searly career included a position as a Public Relations Manager at MGM Resorts International from May 1998 to May 2001.

Jackie Dennis attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications.
