Alan Kohler is an accomplished finance journalist and editor with extensive experience in the media industry. Since January 2019, Alan has served as Editor in Chief at InvestSMART Group Limited. Alan's career includes a longstanding role at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) as a Finance Presenter and Presenter of Inside Business since 1995. Previously, Alan worked as a Talking Business interviewer for Qantas from 2010 until March 2020. As the founder of The Constant Investor from June 2016 to December 2018 and Business Editor at Large for The Australian from July 2012 to June 2016, Alan has significantly contributed to financial journalism. Additional roles include founding Eureka Report and Business Spectator, chairing Melbourne University Publishing, and editing The Age and the Australian Financial Review in various capacities. Alan's educational background includes attendance at Huntingdale High School.
