David Lipson

David Lipson is an accomplished journalist and broadcaster with extensive experience in political reporting and news anchoring. As the current host of 'PM' at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since July 2022, David Lipson continues to contribute to national discourse. Previously, David served as Bureau Chief for North America and South East Asia, as well as Political Correspondent for Lateline at the ABC from 2016 to 2020. David's earlier role at Sky News spanned a decade, starting in 2005 as a Federal Politics Reporter, where responsibilities included anchoring flagship political programs and covering significant events such as the Black Saturday bushfires and federal elections. David Lipson also functioned as a US Correspondent for Sky News Australia, delivering insights on American politics from Washington DC. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Charles Sturt University.
