Evan Young

Evan Young is an accomplished producer currently working at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) as part of the Specialist Reporting Team, where responsibilities include pitching and producing content focused on disability, writing and editing digital articles, and creating video content that makes complex topics accessible. Previous experience includes roles as a Digital/Social Producer at ABC, a Digital Journalist/Editor and Radio Journalist at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia, and various internships and freelance positions with notable organizations such as The Age, VICE, and Broadsheet Media. Evan holds a Bachelor of Communication in Journalism from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Melbourne.
