Jessica Moran

Jessica Moran is a seasoned Senior News Reporter at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since May 2019, specializing in breaking news, crime, politics, health, and community interest stories across various platforms. Jessica has held roles as Chief of Staff during the 2024 Tasmanian State Election and acted as Chief of Staff managing content creators and journalists in two newsrooms. Prior experience includes serving as News Producer/Reporter at Southern Cross Austereo, news reporting for WIN Corporation Pty Ltd, and various communications roles at Stuartholme School and Network Ten. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from The University of Queensland.
