Jessica Parris is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across diverse industries. Currently serving as Group Manager of People & Culture Business Partnerships at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since June 2021, Jessica is responsible for leading HR initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Prior to this role, Jessica managed HR projects at Screen Queensland and held various senior positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment from 2008 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing global HR functions for significant employee groups and developing M&A strategies. Earlier career stages included HR advisory roles at Ansaldo STS and Tesco, building a foundational expertise in recruitment, performance management, and organizational development. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology.
