Matthew Toomey

Matthew Toomey is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as the Associate Director of Corporate Finance at The University of Queensland since July 2008. In this role, Matthew manages teams responsible for financial accounting, group accounting, taxation, treasury, and fixed asset functions, while overseeing the preparation of the University's annual general purpose financial statements. Additionally, Matthew works as a film critic for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, providing weekly reviews of cinema and DVD releases.
