Nicholas Ammerman

Nicholas Ammerman is a seasoned professional in library science and information management, currently serving as a Research Associate at The ABIS Group since August 2020. Previous experience includes managing the APA Library as the Library and Taxonomy Manager, overseeing collections development and the creation of a taxonomy for the planning profession from February 2014 to August 2020. Notable speaking engagements include contributions to the 18th National Conference on Planning History and Taxonomy Boot Camp in November 2019. Additional roles include Library Services Coordinator at Forefront and Library Coordinator at Robert Morris College, alongside earlier positions in editing and administrative support. Nicholas holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion from William & Mary.
